Stitching, Storms, and Cheerleaders: My Life as a Multi-Tasking Maestro

Life’s a circus, and you’re the star performer—juggling sewing for hours, back office jobs, order calls, family flight tracking, YouTubing heat press tutorials, and binge-watching the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on Netflix. Add a potential hurricane heading to Texas, and you've got the ultimate chaos cocktail! Where's the wine?

Picture this: you’re knee-deep in fabric, sewing machine whirring like a jet engine. The phone rings—another order!  You answer with your best customer service voice while glancing at your phone to see if your family’s plane has landed. (Thanks Zack for the order)  A YouTube video plays in the background, teaching you how to heat press mesh hats, but your attention is split between threading a needle and threading a YouTube search for “quick generator setup.”

Suddenly, you remember that a hurricane might hit Texas. You stumble to the garage, where your generator has been collecting dust for 20 years, still in its box.  Your sewing project? Half-done. Your back office work? On hold. You fumble with the generator, only to realize it requires more assembly than an IKEA bookshelf. Nevermind, I will just stock pile water, batteries, flashlights and wine.

With a sigh, you return to your sewing, hoping the power stays on. In the meantime, you cheer on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, because if they can smile through their high-kicks, you can certainly tackle this whirlwind of tasks. Stay fabulous and stay away from Texas Beryl.
